Boston Manor Long Beach Concert reviews
Disappointing
I was excited to get tickets to see The Crowes that I ran headlong into the venue without checking newer reviews. I found it TERRIBLE. They went through three songs in the normal amount of time but the next three took 45 MINUTES. They kept breaking into some jam session, stoned-outta-their-minds dancing thing that made me feel like my conservative father. It was disjointed and not entertaining. After two incredibly long songs, the third was mostly a drummer doing a solo who after ten minutes was joined by another drummer, the rest of the band sat down.
I am the most liberal person I know and really don't care who smokes out but this was RIDICULOUS. Most weed and smoke at ANY show I have seen and uneven and boring performances that made ever song sound the same. At 55 minutes into the show, I just walked out.
I see more than 5 bands a year and I have never walked out. I am very disappointed to have spent money on two tickets to a band that used to be one of my favorites. Very sad.
